This semester there were 2 English student teachers at our school. Although I am not a Korean classroom teacher, I worked alongside my cooperating teacher to help mentor and train the student teachers. The student teachers spent a large amount of time observing my classes, and I coached them in incorporating authentic materials into their lessons, as well as how to help students speak and practice English more. In addition to helping with the lesson planning, I observed the student teachers' classes with my coteacher and provided feedback.
